The complete kit you need to make your own fruity, country-style wine at home is provided, except for the fresh fruit which you will need to supply. If you selected the economy option, you will also need to acquire corks, a corker, and a bottle filler, in addition to the wine bottles.

This kit allows you to make your own wine using any available fruit, from grocery store purchases to wild-picked produce, and even canned purees. Detailed, step-by-step instructions and a recipe book with over 100 fruit wine recipes are included to guide you through the winemaking process and help you get started on your own vintages.

The kit includes all the necessary equipment and additives to make approximately 15 gallons of fruit wine. You'll find step-by-step instructions, a 2-gallon fermentation vessel with a lid and grommet for an airlock, a 1-gallon glass jug with a metal screw cap, a #6.5 drilled rubber bung for the glass jug, 2 airlocks, a nylon straining bag, 4 ounces of oxygen sanitizing wash, 50 Campden tablets, 1 ounce of pectic enzyme, 1 ounce of potassium sorbate stabilizer, 3 packets of Montrachet or Premier Cuvée yeast (depending on availability), 2 ounces of yeast nutrient, 2 ounces of acid blend, 1 ounce of wine tannin, and 1 ounce of yeast energizer.

Additionally, the kit includes a triple-scale wine hydrometer with a test jar, a glass wine thief, a winemaker's recipe handbook, a mini auto-siphon, 5 feet of siphon hose, a 5/16-inch shutoff clamp for the hose, a bucket clip for the hose, 30 wine corks, 30 PVC shrink capsules, and a double-lever corker with a wine bottle filler.
